Portraits – Mila & Luka
Christmas is so close now. Time has flown so fast this year. Don’t know about you but this time of year always makes me think more of family. Maybe because we are consciously spending more time with them. Maybe because I’m out buying gifts for them. Whatever the reason, I can’t help reflect on how important my family is to me and marvel at how much since last Christmas, my own kids have grown.
All this reflection on kids and family made me think it was time to show you some of the beautiful work family portrait work that is happening here in Studio Impressions every week.
This is a shoot by our very lovely Karen Pedwell, of two absolute cuties – Mila & Luka. So glad their parents asked us do some portraits now. How much will Mila & Luka have changed by next Christmas?

And another too-cute-to-believe shoot by Karen. Baby Rosie was just 7 days old here. Still tiny, still sleepy, so perfect. Lovely kids photos – they feel really genuine and natural. Photography with children can fall into that cheesy territory all too easily! I agree, the second shot is gorgeous.
